Smoked Salon and Crab fish cakes, Napoli sauce, salad garnish

Mature Stilton, Ruby Port and Red Onion pate, salad garnish, toasted ciabatta (v)

 Main Courses

Turkey en papillote ( the method of roasting in the bag to retain moisture) with orange and garden herb butter, pork, shallot, chestnut and sage stuffing, roast potatoes, pigs in blankets, gravy

 

Steak and ale cassoulet with two ales , douphinoise potatos

Confit of Lamb served with caramelised baby potatoes, red onion and apple, burgundy jus

 Grilled fillet of lemon peppered cod, served with leek, mushroom and tarragon risotto, Mornay sauce

Chestnut mushroom and courgette stroganoff with three mustards, served with douphinoise potatoes (v)
