Turkey en papillote ( the method of roasting in the bag to retain moisture) with orange and garden herb butter, pork, shallot, chestnut and sage stuffing, roast potatoes, pigs in blankets, gravy

 

Steak and ale cassoulet with two ales in, topped with a pastry soufflé

Confit of Lamb served with caramelised baby potatoes, red onion and apple, burgundy jus

Fillet of Sea Bass, lemon scented rice, duet of Napoli and Hollandaise sauce

Chestnut mushroom and courgette stroganoff with three mustards, served with douphinoise potatoes
