STARTERS

Black Pearl Scallops pan-fried in sesame seed oil with mushrooms, chorizo and coriander, finished in creamy white wine and Saffron sauce, salad garnish

Duck and Orange salad

Sweet potato and roasted red pepper soup, freshly baked bread roll (v)

 

MAIN COURSES

Grilled chicken breast with forest mushroom sauce, douphinoise potatoes

Oven baked marinated Monkfish with ginger, chilli and lime served with spiced mango and coconut risotto , Hollandaise sauce

Pan-fried medallions of fillet steak, burgundy pan gravy, douphinoise potatoes 

Harrogate bean and vegetable cutlet, topped with melted goats cheese, buck wheat (v)

Baked Bailey's and double chocolate cheesecake served with Irish cream liqueur
